Serving as a Creative Director and working with in this industry for over 10 years, Medina has seen the practice of artful conception grow and become more popular, and more influential with each passing year. This outlook and passion led to the creation of MEDINA = CITI, a design collective which delves into the worlds of Print Design, Web Design, Multimedia, Film Production, Photography and Ongoing/Contributing Marketing strategies as well newer areas such as Social Media Management. The core philosophy of this design haus is dedicated to providing custom services to an expansive clientele.

Medina=CITI’s mission is to create highly visible and sleek visual communication platforms for companies, organizations or entities that want to expand or start a strong and unique presence in their respective markets. A key factor in its success is the solid relationships that are built with clients in order to gain market perspective and viability. Medina=CITI’s work can be seen in such recent campaigns for Foot Action’s “Best in Class”, Belargo Jewelry and the Ironman Triathlon. They have create work for educational institutions such as People Prep Charter school, Education Reform Now and for Not for profits such as United Initiatives for Peace, FP Youthoutcry, and Newark Now. It is of paramount importance to MEDINA = CITI that is a social consciousness involved in their project cue and that excellent design work can affect positive change in the community.

MEDINA also held the position as Chairman of Graphic Design and Animation at Anthem Institute-Manhattan Campus for five years. His continued involvement in educational matters such as: curriculum standards and best practices to learning ideologies is crucial to maintaining a nurturing and structured learning environment for individuals looking to begin a career in graphic design or continuing education opportunities.
